Neurospicy OS is a digital product and service operated by Blanco Travels LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions and governs any purchase or subscription you make through the Service.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales are final.
Neurospicy OS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted, except as expressly required by law.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Neurospicy OS provides immediate access to digital tools, software, AI-powered features, community access, and other proprietary content upon purchase.
Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, refunds are not available after access has been delivered.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing.

You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund.

4. FOUNDING MEMBER PRICING
Founding member pricing ("Founding Rate") is a promotional rate offered to early subscribers. By purchasing at the Founding Rate, you acknowledge:

The Founding Rate is locked only while your subscription is continuously active and in good standing.

If you cancel, your Founding Rate ends.

If you later resubscribe, you will pay the then-current standard rate. The Founding Rate is not guaranteed to be available to you again.

If your payment method fails and your subscription lapses, your Founding Rate may end.

Founding member purchases are non-refundable.
5. BETA AND EARLY ACCESS TERMS
The Service may include beta, early access, or pre-release features.
By participating in beta or early access, you acknowledge:

Features may change, evolve, be modified, or be removed at any time

Bugs, downtime, and incomplete functionality may exist

We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or outcomes

The user experience may not match the final product
Beta and early access purchases are non-refundable.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Neurospicy OS is designed to support organization, clarity, regulation, and relief for neurodivergent women. We do not guarantee:

Specific results

Productivity gains
-
Emotional outcomes
-
Behavioral change
-
Improvement in mental or physical health
-
Improvement in any aspect of your life
Refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of results, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or change of personal circumstance.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in:

Immediate termination of your access to the Service

Revocation of all licenses granted to you

Permanent account suspension

Pursuit of unpaid amounts and any associated fees
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@neurospicyos.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
8. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund in your specific circumstance, we will comply only to the minimum extent required by law.
For European Union residents, statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may not apply once you have begun using the Service, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
All approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion and processed through the original payment method.
9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
If we terminate your account for cause (including violation of our Terms and Conditions, community guideline violations, or fraudulent activity), no refund will be issued.
10. POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to neurospicyos.com. Continued use of the Service after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
