VOICE AND AUDIO DATA
The Service allows you to record voice notes (also called brain dumps) and convert them to text. When you use voice features:
-
Voice recordings are transmitted to and stored on our servers and on the servers of our service providers, including the AI providers we use to process your audio.
-
Voice recordings may be converted to text using automated speech-to-text technology.
-
Voice recordings and resulting text may be processed by AI systems to surface priorities, organize tasks, or generate suggestions.
-
Voice recordings are treated as sensitive personal information.
You can delete individual voice recordings and associated text from your account at any time. You can also request deletion of all voice data by contacting us at hello@neurospicyos.com.
You are responsible for the content of your voice recordings. Please do not record other people without their consent, and please do not include personal information about other people in your recordings.
AI PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
The Service uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to organize your brain dumps, suggest priorities, and surface content the system believes may be helpful. The AI is not a human, is not a clinician, and can be wrong. The AI's outputs are suggestions, not advice.
When you use AI-powered features:
-
Your input (text or voice) may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing.
-
Some AI providers may temporarily store your input to deliver responses or improve quality.
-
We do not knowingly allow third-party AI providers to use your Personal Information to train general-purpose AI models without your consent. We require our AI providers to operate under data-handling terms consistent with this Privacy Policy.
-
AI suggestions are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated suggestion before acting on it. The Company is not liable for outcomes arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. See the Disclaimer for additional information.
